Pain in the root of Crown
Hi, I have sporadic pain for 3 nights now at the site (left front tooth) where I had my root canal done 4 years back. It starts only at night and feels like my whole tooth is thronging. In morning and rest if the day, there are no such issues. Also when is press the area beside my nostril (left) and it presses something which gives me pain in that specific tooth.

An x-ray will be required to see if the root canal done was proper or not. or if there is any other problem with the tooth or the adjacent tooth. Only then a diagnosis can be made and the tooth can be treated accordingly.. It may require Re-RCT or extraction...or it depends upon the xray only..
Next Steps
visit to a dentist and get an xray done
