Pain in the shoulder
I have intense pain in my shoulder and spine since two days . it started from Sunday as I had a 14 hour flight back and the seat was giving me trouble . after I came back the pain had intensified

Hello possible causes:- spondylitis Spondylisthesis Spondylosis should be ruled out Take proper rest Give proper rest to your back Consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment if everything is fine you can opt for massage I hope this helps you.
