Pain in the shoulder
It started yesterday morning.Dont know what to do.The pain is actually from the lower neck to the lower shoulder.It is not on a single part to try any oil.the pain is unbearable at some times.there is no change in the pain if i change the position of hand or neck.it is continous pain.cant sleep right now

Hello There. I can understand your concern. here is what you can do. see to it that your head is not too raised while you sleep and take a soft pillow. you can take a tab. aceclofenac a thiocolchicoside combination like zerodol-th8 twice a day after meals. drink lots of water and do some neck exercises. consult a orthopedician in person if the pain still persists, best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Dear Practo user. Sudden onset of pain in neck radiating to shoulder is probably due to neck muscle spasm. Take tablet Acenac P twice a day, and Capsule Myoril 8 MG twice a day.
