Pain in the throat due to shouting
I was shouting at my sister with anger for 5 minutes .after that I found my voice tired and felt pain in throat or vocal cords .how can I treat it?

Vocal straining can lead to injury to vocal cords leading to swelling of vocal cords, something hemorrhage and pain. You need to give voice rest for few days, steam inhalation and you need to drink plenty of water. Avoid taking pain killer
