Pain in the top of my nose
Pain in my nose for the last 3 days no runny nose or any other nasal discomfort. Fear it might be deviates septum but I’m not sure. Been doing research about it and haven’t turned up with anything

Pain in the nose is usually because of furuncle or folliculitis of skin lined part of the nose. Deviated nasal septum is not a painful condition. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
