Pain in the upper left side of abdomen

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I woke up feeling pain in the upper left side of my abdomen. When i checked it at the internet, it was around the spleen area that hurt. Just today, the pain got worst for a few seconds, and it went back to the normal pain. I don't know if it's in line with this, but my back hurts, and i started to have colds and headaches and i feel lightheaded. I'm experiencing hair loss and blurry vision for the past few weeks and i don't know if it's in line with this.
