Pain in the wrist
Since 10~15 days i am suffering with wrist pain when i tried to lift the water can which is around 2~3 feet above the ground level. Used ultracet, rantac but no relief. Pain will reduce and again increase periodically.. Kindly suggest the cure

Ultracet and Rantac are not the correct medication for your problem. Most probably you sprained your wrist.
Next Steps
Stop ultracet and rantac. Take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock for few days. Apply ice pack over wrist. Do wrist exercises when  pain is decreased.
Health Tips
Get calcium and vitamin D levels checked. Avoid lifting weight with affected hand. If possible wear a splint on the wrist affected.
