Pain in throat in speaking and swallowin
I fell off from a chair with a rope stuck in my neck. Since then I am having pain in my throat while speaking and swallowing anything. Kindly advice.

You seem to have injured soft tissues of neck along with pharynx mucosa. If you do not have any symptoms such as difficulty in breathing or change of voice then you need not worry. Simple over the counter analgesics for symptomatic pain relief is sufficient
