  4. Pain in thumb. Looks fine from outside.

Pain in thumb
There is one red spot under my thumb skin and it's aching like hell. What should I do. And sometimes pain occurs in index finger and pinky finger too. This pain is unbearable. Thumb looks fine from outside.
