Pain in tooth or roots
Dear Dr. I have pain in my tooth or roots. I have a cavity in tooth and I treated that with cleaning and filling before 24 days. I have pain just like pulse up and down. But when I keep some water in my mouth I feel releave. Can you suggest me what I have to do.

Hello sir All the symptoms are suggestive of rct. Go for x-ray then rct followed by crown

Hloo Sir If you have still pain in the tooth then you may need to go for rct as your  cavity may be little deeper reached your pulp tissue that is causing you pain You can also practo consult us Regards

Hi sir....    It seems you have the cavity little deep that reaches pulp layer..... First and foremost x_ray should be taken to check the extent of the carious lesion....

It seems the cavity u got filled was little deep and the dentist might have given a temporary filling to be replaced after few days. Wait for 2 more days if it's not subsiding, then get an IOPA i.e x-ray of that tooth to know if d caries has gone further down to the pulp. If so u might need to get RCT done

Get an X-ray done. Symptoms suggest the tooth may be going for a root canal. Get the filling checked and use a sensitivity toothpaste for a few days

If there is still pain and you are relieved by cold water, it seems the pulp of your tooth is affected,
