Consult with a dentist
Online now
As very rightly stated by the earlier doctor, big swelling in a 9 year old is an emergency. You have already neglected the infection too long, please get it under control urgently.
Next Steps
Rush to a dentist
Health Tips
After the acute stage is under control, please get all the other infected teeth also treated. Once you have restored the child's oral health, he/ she can be on a preventive oral hygiene regimen.

Hi, you must consult an oral surgeon/ dentist immediately. The child may have to be put on antibiotics urgently along with the required dental procedure.
Health Tips
Please make sure that the child is taking enough fluids...water/milk/juice.
