Pain in upper chest( close to armpit )
Hi dr I m 29 years old I never dignosed about cervical pain. I mostly suffer with neck and arm nd hand pain but yesterday there is pain in my neck arm and upper chest( close to armpit area) and there is Lil numbness in my hand too what should I do.

Xray cervical spine to rule out Cervical rib or investgate to rule out Thoracic outlet Syndrome

Get a cervical spine X ray. Use Tab ZERODOL twice a day for 5 days

Hello, This does not look like cardiac pain. This is more likely cervical spine related. Take a neurologist opinion and do MRI cervical spine and ECG. For now, use a cervical collar, take rest, no heavy weight lifting and start tab. Myospaz forte twice a day after meals for 3 days. Take care. Stay safe

Add muscle relaxant too. Will suggest Tab Zerodol MR instead twice a day for 5 days.
