Pain in upper gums
Paining in left upper gum, after last upper tooth, no other pain, yes a mild pain while shollowing, inside mouth left cheek is swollen compared to right.

Swelling indicates most likely a deeply decayed tooth or some gum infection,,do warm saline rinses 3-4 times daily,see a dentist asap,,avoid chewing from affected side.
