I've been having pain in upper neck for more than 4 months,i'ce consulted an orthopaedic and followed prescribed treatment but the pain still exists

HELLO, I DON'T GET UPPER NECK PAIN??? X--RAY CERVICAL REGION AP/LAT VIEW. TABLET FLEXON MR TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. TABLET RABIPRAZOLE D BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. LOCALLY APPLY VOLINI GEL OR SPRAY. PHYSIOTHERAPY IS BENEFICIAL. O.K BYE.
