Pain in urination and very frequent urge
I am feeling very frequent urination which is very painful in terms of inflammation.
I am also feeling a strong urge to go to toilet for urination very frequently and I am also able to notice some dilute blood drops in urine also.
I am also having pain in lower back.
Please suggest what causes this and possible medicatiom for this.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the culture and sensitivity test and ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.definitive treatment as per diagnosis made on the basis of the evaluation.
Tab flavoxate(urispas)200 mg thrice daily for 4-5 days may help in reducing symptoms
