Pain in urination.
Pain in starting urination. Although the pain persists but it is generally very much during start. The flow is continuous and I do not urge to urinate everytime. The problem.is persisting for 2-3 years. Also when I take antibiotics or Vitamin capsule the pain is less. The concern is that it is every time I urinate for the past years. Also I have been taking very less water for the past 3-4 years. Also the pain can be called inflammation in penis .

It could be inflammatory process but the reason for this is yet to be found. You need to get certain tests and review so your problem Can be fixed Urinalysis and culture Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis UROFLOWMETRY

It could be urinary infection Drink 2 to 2.5 litres of water per day You need to do tests to confirm.urine infection and get it traeted After that you need to inv why repeated urinary infections are happening at this age
