Pain in urine
I am having pain while urinating as well as only 2-3 drops of urine comes. I feel urge to urinate frequently. Also I have fever and nausea.

You are suffering from febrile urinary tract infection for which you need intravenous antibiotics immediately Also you need to get investigated thoroughly
