  4. Pain in west. What test is required?

Pain in west
Mild pain in middle of waist since 4 days.pain goes downwards.can not move freely that time.I have taken various medicine in different time.but problem has not totally cured.what is the remedy? What is the best medicine? What test is required?

Waist pain if you had lifted anything then try resting your back. Avoid bending and 2- wheelers Sos painkillers. Thanks
