I had an op on the roof of my mouth well over a year ago, I now have a very very painful lump on the roof of my mouth and it’s now going to my throat enabling me to swallow which is very painful again. It’s also then causing a sort of ache in both my cheeks which is making me very uncomfortable and unable to sleep! I also recently had my braces tightened which is giving me a lot of pain in my teeth, so my whole mouth and throat is in agony right now!

You have not written the diagnosis of your previous lump which was removed. Could be a recurrence and may require surgical removal. Please consult an oral surgeon.
Health Tips
Take a painkiller like dolo 650 or Combiflam to relieve discomfort due to braces. It should subside within a few days
