Sir get investigated properly for the cause of such pain before you treat it. You may require meds and rehab. Don't bypass the system show to a good ortho person nearby before you start any form of rehab.

Frozen shoulder is very common in diabetic patients... Keep your sugar levels in control.... Visit a physiotherapist near your area.... Exercise regularly.... Let me warn you.... This condition takes long duration to get back to normal...

Your shoulder is in pari arthritic stage While sleepng u dont lye on affected shoulder Take thin pillow See an expert physio. As he will advice u some needfull movements. For me ; u do hot fomentation daily at bed time and do pendular exercises 2 times a day
