Pain inside left side upper teeth ,more after drinking anything hot,not on outer side but inside. Sometimes more sometimes less.

Hello, It looks like you are having DECAYED TOOTH in upper left region. Since pain is present on hot food or drinks it seems Decay has reached to pulp of tooth.
