Pain killer
I am 31 year old female and for last 2 years i have been experiencing tremendous pain in my legs all the time. it doesnt stop even for a minute. i have consulted for all possible reasons and cure but nothing helps . I take a good diet and i have no deficiencies other than low hemoglobin . I have consulted doctors and got tested for everything but all my reports are all perfectly fine. all doctors give some vitamin or calcium medicines etc and have prescribed pain killers when there is too much pain. i have been taking these exactly as prescribed. The pain killer works for 3 hours only and the pain starts again. Resultant i seem to have developed an addiction to pain killers especially tramadol recently. I do not want to take pain killers so often and its hard to stop my urge of taking those pain medicines. I have taken physiotherapy as well but in vain. How do I get rid of this pain and this drug addiction. i Cant sleep properly in the nights because of these pains .Please help.

It can be due to any compression of nerve at tgw back region.. Or due to vericose veins.. Go for an MRI of lumbar spine. It may rule out the cause.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. TENS +some stretching exercises+ back strengthening exercise+ traction (if required)  will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Avoid  overstanding + no stair climbing +no forward bending +no weight lifting +avoid  cold exposure. Leg/ankle active stretching exercises

Which part of your legs hurt? Is it associated with activity or do you get pain even at rest? The source of the problem can also be from.your back or Spine leading to leg pain. An MRI scan of your spine will rule out any compressions.
Next Steps
Consult Orthopaedic/Spine Surgeon for correct evaluation.

Hello mam pain killer is not a solution to any pain .you should try to find out the cause of it first then start with appropriate treatment. I think it might be due to muscle weakness in your case.you should go for strengthening exercises like walk or join any gym. And avoid taking pain killer instead use alternative like hot water formentation massage etc
