Hello I'm 27 years male with high obesity and suffering from thyroid. There is a pain in left side and feeling heavy whole left side from past 7 days and pain is like pinching effect and some times it is shifting to left wrist and sometimes right elbow. This is like in intervals...Is this cardiac related

The pain you described does not suggest cardiac but need weight management to prevent future problems, maintain thyroid levels with medication
