Pain near fibula head reg
Dear Doctor, I am Sajid Pathan a mechanical engineer 1)Having pain at fibula head region of right leg.2)it happend while i was running 3 months ago.Then i took rest for 3 months.A week ago i started running again and after taking 10 -15 stride i start feeling same pain again.3)I dont feel pain while walking or doing normal activities.But when there is load on my leg i feel the pain.4)I visited Dr Aniket Shah an orthopaedic he gave pain killer naming Tablet Equidol.He asked me to visit him again after 10 days. My concern is whether it is a major problem?and what prevention need to be taken and please suggest some remedies for it. Thanking, Sajid Pathan

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area
