Since yesterday I m feeling pain below by ribs lungs area.i m not Evan able to sit properly.kindly suggest

This pain can be due to pleuritis or costochondritis. To diagnose the disease you need to get a chest xray PA view done and also share your problem in detail. Follow up with the report. Till then take tab brufen 400mg  SOS.
