Pain near the grinding teeth
I have 1 teeth on my right side which is completely black and in another teeth I have a part broken. Last time when I visited a dentist she suggested me to remove both of them. That time she prescribed antibiotics course to reduce the pain. I am still to remove these 2 teeth's. I am now having pain again at the same place from afternoon.

Your problem appears to be deep rooted,  it's better to make an xray/cbct and see if we can save your teeth with modern treatment modalities. Teeth removal should be the last  treatment option. Delaying treatment will worsen the condition, see nearby dentist as soon as possible. We practice at magarpatta city, Pune since last 11years can reach us at magarpattadentist.com
Next Steps
Use warm salt water and painkillers till u see dentist. It may help.
