Pain on chest left side
Fit 26 year old female with no medical history of any disease. I've been having a pain sensation on left side of the chest. It stays for a Max of 4-5 seconds and comes and goes. This has happened 10-12 times approximately in last 2-3 years. Today was a little more. Should I be concerned? Anything related to heart? What kind of doctor should I see immediately? I'm not sure but sometimes I also feel this happens when the bra is a little tight or fitting. Could that be a cause or something else?

Hello Madam, It’s certainly not cardiac, the reasons are : 1. Cardiac Pain has to last for at least 2 minutes. 2. Local pressure by tight clothing or physical pressure or movement if aggravated one’s chest pain then it goes against the pattern of cardiac pain which in fact increases only by exertion and not pressure stimuli.
Next Steps
Serum vitamin B 12 level as it is after causes pressure sensitive chest pain when deficient
