  3. Pain on d right hip. My back many times.

I feel a catch with severe pain on my back on the right while stretching my right leg while lying down straight on my back.I cant bend or sit down for a long time the pain increases and takes time for me to stand straight due to the pain.Its been there since 5 years. i have fallen on my back many times.

Hi, thanks for question, reason & duration of pain is not given & treatment depends upon the cause & duration of injury/pain. You should give complete rest, apply pain reliving ointment take pain medicine. If pain persist then you need to visit clinic for further evaluation. More details www.proactivephysio.in
