Pain on left side of lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have aborted 1 month gestational sac on 9 January but in my ultrasound rpoc is found n my urine test is negative ..m i still pregnant? If no then these rpoc r harmful or harmless? I got pain on my left side lower abdomen n motions r disturbed......pls help
