Pain on leftside chest
I feel pain on my left side of the chest and while the pain arise my left shoulder and left side of the neck ,left side of the abdomen ,gets pain and the breathing problem,and gets deep cough. I am suffering with swelling in my left leg now a days when i go for urination i am not able to complete the urination . while urine i has to wait still the last drop finish , its takes time ,

Thank you for the query. You have provided a few symptoms which are related to different problems. Pain on the left side of the chest, radiating to the left arm and the neck, may need a cardiological evaluation. It may be symptoms of an unstable angina. Your urinary symptoms may be due to enlargement of the prostate gland (frequent urination, incomplete urination)
Next Steps
You need to consult your physician, and get a 12 lead ECG done. An echocardiography may be done. Serum lipid profile may be needed. Depending on the initial tests, a stress rest may be advised. A USG lower abdomen may be done, to check for the prostate size and the residual urinary volume.
