Pain on my lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi, it'd been few times I have felt pain on the left side of my lower abdomen. To be precise, on the side. When I try to bend down on my left side, I do get this pain. I am not sure what happened. I have never felt this pain before. Sometimes the sole of my left foot has pain and I do not know if it has something to do with kidney. What could be the possible reasons? Thank you

Need to undergo USG KUB to rule out kidney as a source of pain. Kidney related pain never felt in leg/feet, usually spine related pain referred to thigh/leg/feet.
