Pain on outside of knee
I went on a trek 10 days ago and walked excessively (continuous 9 km ascent and non-stop 9 km decent), towards the end of the trek i felt heavy pain on the outer side of my knees(mainly right leg). I found it difficult to walk for a while and it got better with time. However, it recurred while i was playing TT the other day and sometimes there is sudden pain while walking. I looked up online and suspect it is IT band syndrome. I'm unsure if knee brace helps and would like to consult a doctor.
