I am attaching my report of blood test as well as USG REPORT FROM LAST 2 MONTH I am suffering from elevated bilirubin and  liver enzymes

According to the reports you have fatty liver and increased liver enzymes. There may be various causes for these.... regular intake of oily and fried meal , junk food  or chronic alcohol intake. Hepatitis may be there but to establish it further tests are required like viral markers, fibroscan of liver.....for this you have to meet a good gastroentrologist.
Next Steps
Avoid oily and fatty meal and ofcourse alcohol if you take it...
