According to the reports you have fatty liver and increased liver enzymes.
There may be various causes for these.... regular intake of oily and fried meal , junk food or chronic alcohol intake. Hepatitis may be there but to establish it further tests are required like viral markers, fibroscan of liver.....for this you have to meet a good gastroentrologist.
