Pain on Right shoulder
There is a pain in from right neck to shoulder for the past one day. Also pain in the spinal card. There is a problem . Kindly suggest some remedies.

It looks like cervical pain. Take one good muscle relaxant like tb. orthodex -Mr and do apply local ointment and hot fomentation.
Next Steps
Get done ur cervical xray first if something wrong in the xray then preceed for MRI cervical spine
