I have gone manual therapy and couple of dry needling sessions on my upper back to release trigger points. Its mean 1 and half months. Trigger points have disappeared on my right back. But still there is a little burning sensation /pain on right back. The area does not pain while pressing but still burns. I am having lower back pain also on right since last 4-5 days. I am worried , if this could be because of some spine/bone issues. The intensity of pain is average. Please help.

1 - Along with the therapy its best to be on a exercise program to strengthen your posture back and core muscles .
2- burning pain could be nerve related which can be checked by neurodynamic testing by Physio
3- alternatively you can also check your vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 levels
