Pain on throat
Having pain on right side of throat. Immense pain when swallowing food and even while swallowing saliva. Having inconsistent fever.

You might be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days.
