I'm having pain near Adam's apple. That sometimes affects inside pain too. But now majorly pain seems outside.

Hi..it is really difficult to come to a diagnosis from the history you have given..with this the suggestion or treatment can be given only for pain relief but the underlying cause of pain cant be treated..need more info
