Pain right side abdomen
Hello doctor..I have pain abdomen since 6 days.pain relieved on taking antispasmodics but it reoccur.initially I also having dysuria.i got my menses 2 days back..so I thought may be pain abdomen was due to that ..but now there is no dysuria but moderate to severe intensity  pain and discomfort is persisting in right side of abdomen.please give your expert advices.thankuu

Do ultrasound abdomen... It will guide us to diagnosis It could be appendicitis or ureteric calculus as u have told that u had dysuria initially... If u have pain radiating to groin it could be ovarian torsion too
