Pain the back foot left leg
Pain in the back foot left leg while walk run or pressing . It is there for last 2 months. Also pain in the foot foot on the right leg after fingers

Better to get MRI scan. Physiotheraphy with traction and IFT might help. Consult orthopaedic doctor. If not settling might need nerve root block
