Usually this type of problem occurs in winter season due to extra tightness of anal sphincter in cold and / or less water intake which results into constipation. Hard stool creates harm to anal region, causes pain. First of all increase daily water intake, avoid spicy food. Intake of green leafy vegitables in diet may improve situation. Tablet Meftal-Spas or Cyclopam may give relief in this problem.
