Pain underneath rib cage.
Male, 27, 6ft 180 and in good shape. While laying on my side or back I sometimes get this very sharp pain underneath my rib cage on the right side below my breast. It's a piercing pain and I cannot move and I can feel it when I breathe. I have to take short breaths until the pain goes away so that I can take a full breath. I workout 3-4x a week and never have this problem. Only when I'm laying down relaxing and it only happens once a week. Thoughts?

It is mostly musculoskeletal pain. Take chest x-ray and if it's normal take rest and muscle relaxant.
