Pain when I sit
I got c section 5 months before. Recently I have travelled in train where I sat most of the time. From that time I am getting pain when I sit or if I keep pressure on that down region in between buttocks part. How can I deal with this. Is this serious situation as pain did not decrease even after a week and I have gain too much of weight. If I reduce weight will there be solution?

proLonged sitting on an unpadded seat or uncomfortable seat can lead to tailbone pain..which s what u r experiencing right now.. Take an analgesic and see an orthopedician.. Definitely these issues are more common with obese people.. So reducing weight will help n long run
