Pain while eating, Pain below ear
There's something inside my mouth & it is paining. Pain while doing any movement in mouth. Pain below ear. This pain is making me crazy. As this pain grow vi also get headache It is difficult while swallowing, spitting, drinking. Please help me. Thanks

From the attached picture, it looks like you have a partially erupted molar tooth with irritated mucosa around it. Please consult online to get a better idea about your issue and to see the growth clearly. It is also important to note how long the growth has been troubling you.
If it is just the tooth which is causing issues then you may need to meet with a Dentist.
Next Steps
Gargle with warm salt water. Chew food on the opposite side. Apply Zytee gel over the area until you either meet a specialist/ show online.
Health Tips
Avoid smoking, Chewing Paan, oily and spicy food. Have a soft, bland diet.
