Dear practo user
Can use topical anaesthetic gel.
Analgesic for severe pain.
Maintain oral hygiene.
Go gum massage with alum powder twice a day in that area
Pls add a photographs of that tooth area.
I think this severe pain is due to deep decayed tooth in that area.
Or fractures tooth with nerve exposure.
Childrens tooth pain are severe. Pls visit dental clinic.
Some homely remedy..1. salt water garfle
2.cold compress against cheeck
Next Steps
if a milk teeth have dental pain then pulpectomy is the treatment.
You have not mentioned if she is allergic to any medication. Assuming not - a simple Imol or a Dolo should be okay. She can take the tablet after food to get relief. A gel such as Mucopain or Dentogel ( to be applied on the area of pain) as well as Warm salt water rinses should also help to reduce some accompanying gum inflammation.
Health Tips
If pain increases or persists I would advise that you visit your nearest Dental clinic.
