I am suffering pain and burning sensation while urination. Also the urine is very less, barely drops.

Get urine examination done along a ultrasonography for KUB region. Take rest and plenty of fluids. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily gives symptomatic relief in burning
