Painful buttons under belly button

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have a few buttons concentrated on the left side under my belly button. They are painful. I first had a series of 3 a few weeks ago lower towards my bowels and now its 4 on the left right under my belly button. It seems like an infection and it hurts.
