How to remove foot corn? Last time I had another corn in right foot and local anesthesia injection in foot hurt like hell, can this injection be less painful with some spray or something?

First of all we need to confirm if it is a wart or a corn because both the condition can look similar sometimes. If removal would be needed the injection is unavoidable because the spray will not act deep enough to anaesthetise the area effectively. hope this is helpful.
