Painful gangellion
Can ayurvedic treatment cure gangellion in my left hand completely. I want to start that but I am not so sure about it

Ayurvedic treatment may not give you relief with ganglion. As your ganglion is painful, try getting percutaneous or USG guided needle aspiration and decompression instead.

Ganglion - I am not sure any evidence for that. It might spontaneous resolve. If not causing any trouble leave it well alone.

either leave it well alone if not causing great deal of issue except cosmesis problems. or else get it operated. nothing else in between works  get it checked from an experienced orthopaedic hand specialist for accurate guidance on treatment

Hello,ganglion is best treated by ice packs followed by Ultrasonic therapy which can be later on coupled with LASER therapy. It will yield good results but patience is the key
