Painful Haemorrhoids
There is probably prolapsed haemorrhoid outside anus. It's quite painful and is impacting regular activities. She has piles issues since long and uses anovate. Presently she is 4 months pregnant. We wanted to know the treatment options available and if it requires any surgical intervention. Whether we should wait sometime to see if it helps on its own.

LOCALLY APPLY xylocain gel+ anovate oint in equal quantity with finger over prolapsed piles thain wait for a while than on butt hole n gentaly push it inside the prolapsed piles and APPLY LOCALLY inside all anal MUCOSA. This is for two times for two three week. Tab dolo650 three times a day after food for five to seven days.ok.
