Painful Hemorrhoids
Hi Dr. I have piles from almost 8 yrs. No pain, No bleeding, but from last 2 days severe pain and burning ( No bleeding ) at the anal opening while passing stool. Do I need to undergo surgery. Can you also Please prescribe ointment or tablet for the timebeing. Thanks

Visit ur surgeon.Get urself examined.Per rectal examination is must to rule out possibility of anal fissure associated with piles(hemorrhoids).Start high fibre diet,Syrup Cremaffin Plus 2tsf tds,Sitz bath in betadine 25 mins each twice daily.Ointment Anobliss local application twice daily..All above for atleast 10 days.Revisit surgeon again for followups.

U need proper examination Either you have Fissure with pile? Avoid constipation Take SITZ BATH thrice daily Apply anobliss ointment locally Thrice daily Good pain killer before toilet
